I got a bit confused these days after looking for information to prevent heart attack at early age. After reading through some articles and looking for the terms that i don't understand, there was a conclusion that minerals from plants are better row. I mean, the more you cook them, the lesser vitamins, minerals and advantages you'll get from it. But that's not just it.Couple of articles that list type of food that is good for health stated that beans are good, including soybeans. One also claims that beans could prevent heart attack as well as cancer. But,... I've heard before that it is a must for someone with cancer not to eat soy beans and its products. the reason is because it could affect the cells to grow vigorously, including the cancer cell.
So, should I drink heaps of soy milk or it's better for me to prevent it ?
