See, there is another cute, young blonde who goes by the same first two names in the entertainment industry...the adult entertainment industry.

Facebook returns its old Terms of Use

OMG,

After the contras on Facebook's new terms, the team finally take actions by changing it's term of use to it's original one. Well well, I think it still leave traumas on its users. I mean, what if they change it again? Are there any guarantee from Facebook that they will NOT own the copyright of all the materials posted? Are there any guarantee that they will NOT give away any of member's datas or materials or whatever they posted?

What it they change the terms again?

You can't just delete your account and prevent the things they decided, because, I'm sorry Facebook users, even if you deleted your account, all the things you've posted won't be deleted from their server. too bad. They will keep it then sell it, without your permission. So, one day you'll probably see your picture in Facebook billboard lol...

But, Come on! Privacy please?!

Anyway, hope that Facebook could give formal statement regarding their previous decision so that we, who now lost our trust, could understand the reason and start to believe facebook again.

Eyewitness At Hospital: "I Could Hear Rihanna Screaming"

A source inside Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles has confirmed exclusively to RadarOnline.com that pop star Rihanna was in fact treated there for injuries, allegedly inflicted by her boyfriend R&B singer Chris Brown. Since Brown's bombshell arrest on Sunday, there has been widespread speculation that the victim was 20-year old Rihanna. Now, RadarOnline.com can confirm it's true from an eyewitness who saw her inside the hospital.

The eyewitness tells RadarOnline.com: "It was some time after 12PM PST [Sunday] and I had been waiting in the ER department corridor when Rihanna was brought through the back entrance on a gurney, flanked by two LAPD officers. It was impossible to know it was her at first because when they wheeled her past me, she had the hood on her fuchsia-colored sweatshirt tightly drawn round her face and she was wearing big brown sunglasses. They took her into room 14 which was opposite me. It had a six-foot glass door but the nurses drew a privacy curtain around it."

"I knew the person was famous because of all the attention she was being given by security and medical staff. However, they didn't draw the curtain all the time and I was finally able to make out that the woman they had brought in was Rihanna. She was lying in bed. While the two police officers waited outside, Rihanna was seen by the doctor. When he left, a plain clothes officer in a mismatched suit went in.
I figured he was a detective because I saw the handcuffs in his belt. He stayed in there for about an hour."

"When he left, Rihanna's two female assistants went in to see her and a private security guard stood outside. The police officers were given room 10 to use which was close to Rihanna's. "Rihanna was clearly very upset by what had happened and I could hear her screaming. Rihanna was trying to get her point across about something, she sounded like she was crying as she tried to get to put her point across."

"Her staff was also very shaken by what had happened. Later on I saw one of the assistants crying into the shoulder of the security guard. I left at 4pm, happy to get out of the place, something terrible had clearly happened to Rihanna."

Brown was booked Sunday night on a charge of making criminal threats and was later released on $50,000 bail. Police say he remains under investigation for felony charges of domestic assault. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 5th.

A publicist for Rihanna would only issue this statement: "Rihanna is well. Thank you for concern and support."

It was last Sunday when Both Rihanna and Chris brown pulled themself out from performing in Grammy. Why? Because Chris brown is charged with abuse that a female caller told to 911. A day later, it was confirmed that Rihanna was the victim of the abuse yet it is still unconfirmed if Rihanna is the lady behind the 911 phone-call.

Confirmed today that Chris Brown will not attend NBA All-Star events, while Rihanna cancels her 21st Birthday Party It is also reported that Rihanna's Malaysian and Indonesian concert will be canceled as she's still recovering from her horrific injuries, while, Rihanna's family are making plans to take her out of L.A., away from Chris Brown for some time.

Moreover, Chris Brown who had a history of domestic abuse, had been suspended from Wrigley's ad

So yes, we know he smoked, and we know that sponsors still stuck behind him. But, it had ben confirmed that Kellogs won't extend their contract with Phelps, which ends this Febuary. While for US swimming, Phelps will be suspended from competition for 3 months, affective 5 February.

Oh count, count, count...

Wait! If it starts at Febuary 5, that means, he'll be able to tart competing at may 5, which also means, he won't missed any competition between his 3 month suspension!

And now we know what message US Swimming want to send to Michael Phelps: Learn this child. As long as you are talented, we can make it possible for you to keep competing. Don't worry, people won't know, because they think that we punished you with 3 month suspension already.
