Serena van der Woodsen of Gossip Girl, starred by Blake Lively, was arrested by two officers while hanging out with Blair Waldorf and Nate Archibalt, played by Leighton Meester and Chace Crawford, in Russian Tea Room restaurant. The pair then ran from the resto and watched Serena driven away in squad car.
